Russian scholar to present book on Tibetan independence and occupation [Monday, 3 May 2010, 9:48 a.m.]

The latest book in Russian on Tibet entitled HIDDEN TIBET: HISTORY OF
INDEPENDENCE AND OCCUPATION, authored by Dr. Segius L. Kuzmin, Senior
Scholar of Russian Academy of Sciences, will be presented on Tuesday,
15:40 hrs, 4 May 2010 at the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in
Dharamshala.The presentation of the book event will be held in
the presence of Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Kalon
Tripa, DIIR Kalon and other dignitaries.The event is being co-hosted by Moscow based Save Tibet Foundation and Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, Dharamshala.The book was released on March 10, 2010, on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Tibetan National Uprising Day. –All
