In consultation with the Kalon Tripa Dr Lobsang Sangay and advise from him, the Public Service Commission, CTA announces the Special Recruitment Training Academy (RTA) summer session 2012. It will be held at the College for higher Tibetan studies, Sarah from July-November 2012 Applications are invited from all Tibetans with Post graduate & Undergraduate degrees who are keen to serve CTA and alike Tibetan civil societies.
CTA’s RTA is essentially an “in House” training cum capacity building initiative which will enable CTA and Tibetan civil societies to recruit committed and bright Tibetans with an interest in becoming outstanding public administrators in various fields. This academy is built on the expertise and experiences of over fifty years of democratic governance and public administration of worldwide Tibetan communities in exile. RTA provides a full spectrum of basic and specialized recruitment trainings encompassing CTA regulatory competencies, required administrative and management skills, so that CTA becomes an effective and efficient democratic public institution in this rapidly changing world.
The deadline to receive the application at the Office of PSC is May 31, 2012 by email attachment, or fax and can even send by a registered mail to the address below.
