Dharamshala: On
the invitation of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, the Former
Sarsanghachalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Shri
K.S.Sudarshanji arrived at Bylakuppee on the 14th April, 2010. He was
warmly received by the Tibetan community and the local community.
Parampujiniya Sudarshanji is well known for his support for His
Holiness the Dalai Lama’s initiatives during his tenure as the Chief of
RSS. The Tibetan movement received unprecedented support. Shri
Indreshji, Pracharak of RSS was also honoured and thanked for his
initiatives of Bharat Tibbat Sehyog Manch.

Honorable
Minister for Educational Medicine, Karnataka represented the Chief
Minister and the State Government at the public function at Bylakuppee
on the 15th April, 2010. A crowd of over few thousand Tibetan and
Indian friends listened the speeches of Parampujiniya Sudarshanji and
other dignitaries patiently with admiration. Deputy Speaker Mrs. Dolma
Gyari gave a brief introduction of the function and presented momentous
expressing gratitude to Parampujiniya Sudarshanji, Shri Indreshji. The
programme was concluded with vote of thanks by Mr. T.T. Karma Chophel
(MP). The Tibetan Parliamentary Delegation members – Chithue Lopon
Sonam Tenphel lak, Chithue Tsering Youdon lak, Chithue Serta Tsultrim
Wozer lak also participated in the programme. The Tibetan Parliament
in-exile expressed gratitude to the abbots of Sera Jey, Sera Mey and
Representatives of the Buddhist Monasteries of Bylakuppee for their
presence. Tibetan Parliament appreciated the cooperation extended by
the concerned Tibetan people from Lugsam and Delar Tibetan Settlement
for their assistance in making the historical event a great success.
The visiting dignitaries expressed great appreciation of the organic
farming programmes undertaken by the Central Tibetan Administration.
Shri Paramapujiniya Sudarshanji who is among the pioneer of Natural and
Organic farming in India and a great advocator of Cow-based villages
expressed his appreciation for Kalon Tripa Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche for
