Taipei: Office of Tibet in Taipei, celebrated the 90th Birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on 6 July 2025. The chief guest of event was Minister Hung San-Han, Minister of the Council of Labour Affairs, Taiwan, accompanied by members from Taiwanese Parliamentary Group for Tibet, Chen Gau-Tsu and and Chang Ya-Lin, along with Deputy Secretary-General He Bo-Wen, of Taiwan Democratic Progressive Party, graced the event.

The secretary of the Office of Tibet in Taipei, Migyur Youdon, addressed the event, where she read out the Kashag’s statement and the heartfelt birthday message from Taiwan President Lai Ching-Te, written to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. She reminded the masses to incorporate and cultivate His Holiness advice of altruism, compassion and secular ethics in their daily lives. She also introduced the delegates and the audience with Chinese translated version of Voice for the Voiceless by His Holiness great 14th Dalai Lama.

A total of 500 people attended this event, comprised of both Tibetan and Taiwanese public.
