
Kyabje Yongzin Ling Rinpoche Consecrates 36-foot Buddha Statue in Dalhousie at the Request of Settlement Office
Dalhousie: Kyabje 7th Yongzin Ling Rinpoche, Jetsun Tenzin Lungtok Trinley Chophak Palzangpo, consecrated the newly built 36-foot Buddha statue and a meditation cell, bestowed teachings and a long-life Initiation, and addressed the Tibetan residents of Dalhousie on 13 April 2025 at the request of Phuntsok Ling Tibetan Settlement Office.
Rinpoche was warmly received by the Tibetan community upon his arrival on 11 April. Rinpoche then visited the local branch monastery of Loseling and participated in religious activities. The following day, Rinpoche toured the Khajjiar and Dainkund areas, including a visit to the local Tibetan school.
On the day of the long-life empowerment, approximately 350 Tibetans attended the event and received the blessings.
