Dharamshala: Tibetan spiritual leader, His Holiness the Dalai Lama is set to inaugurate the Khamgar Druk Dharmakara College of Buddhist Cultural and Welfare Charitable Trust located in Tashi Jong on 27 September. His Holiness will give a short teaching at the inauguration and consecration ceremony.

Khamgar Druk Dharmakara College Of Buddhist Cultural And Welfare Charitable Trust is a non-profit organisation, established in 2010 that works primarily in the domains of Energy and Environment, Education, Water, Child ad Youth Development and Art and culture.
