Banglore: On 5 July 2024, Dr Anand Kumar visited the Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education and Men-Tsee-Khang Medical College in Bangalore. The principals and staff of both institutions warmly welcomed him. He praised the institutions’ management and efforts to preserve the Tibetan language and culture. He also advised hosting international conferences on Tibetan studies. During his visit, he inspected the library, museum, and therapy sessions at Men-Tsee-Khang Medical College and was impressed by the preservation of Tibetan medical systems.
