Director of Belgian Firm Prolog Consultant Visits Health Department to Evaluate THT Programme

Dharamshala: On 6 May 2025, Michel Andre Vanbruaene, Director of Prolog Consultant (Belgium), a firm specialising in evaluation, visited the Department of Health, Central Tibetan Administration. He was accompanied by Kunga, Secretary of the Office of Tibet, London. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the overall effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the Tibet House Trust (THT) programme and to derive lessons to guide similar projects in the future.

The meeting was attended by Secretary Jampa Phuntsok, Additional Secretary Dekyi Dolkar, the three zonal section heads, and the Public Health Specialist, as well as the SARD THT Coordinator, and several Tibetan Torture Survivor Programme (TTSP) beneficiaries. The session concluded with a Q&A session involving a few TTSP–THT programme beneficiaries.
