Tezu: Dhargyeling Settlement Officer Kunga Jigme accompanied by the Chair of the Local Tibetan Assembly, and representatives of the Lhagon Jangchup Choeling Monastery paid a courtesy call on the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Chowna Mein on 12 February 2024 which coincides with the 3rd day of Losar, Tibetan New Year to convey greetings on behalf of the Settlement Office and the local Tibetan community.
