Dharamshala: On the evening of 9 October 2025, the Department of Security, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), hosted an evening banquet in honour of former political prisoners and family members of Tibetan political prisoners from Australia who were in Dharamshala to attend the Long Life Offering to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. The offering was jointly organised by the Australian Tibetan National Association, Tibetan Communities Europe, and the Tibetan Youth Congress.

The gathering was attended by Tibetan Chief Justice Commissioner Yeshi Wangmo, Justice Commissioners Dawa Phunkyi and Phagpa Tsering, Department of Security Kalon Dolma Gyari, and Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR)Kalon Norzin Dolma.

Also in attendance were Cabinet Secretary Tsegyal Dranyi, Representative Rigzin Chodon Genkhang from the Office of Tibet in Brussels, and Paris Coordinator Officer Thupten Tsering.
