Dharamshala: The Department of Health, CTA, to welcomed a distinguished delegation from German Aid to Tibetans (GAT) to Dharamshala on 15 April 2026.

The Health Secretary met with Heide Meyer (former President of GAT), Dr. Franziska Schlarmann, and Anna Wiencek to review successful projects and discuss the future needs of our settlement health facilities. We are deeply grateful for GAT’s unwavering, long-standing support for the health and well-being of the Tibetan community in exile.
