Darjeeling Tibetan Settlement Officer at the book launch with Kalsang Choedon, the Principal of Sambhota Tibetan School, and other dignitaries.

Darjeeling: As per the invitation received from the Darjeeling Welfare Society,  Darjeeling Tibetan Settlement Officer Tsewang Phuntsok along with the President of the Regional Tibetan Freedom Movement,  Gyurmey Tsundue, and  Kalsang Choedon, the Principal of Sambhota Tibetan School, Darjeeling attended a book launch ceremony held on 6th April 2023 at ST Joseph’s School, North Point, Darjeeling.

The book entitled “Not An Accidental Rise” is authored by Dr Dipmaloa Roka based on the inspiring life of Shri Harsh Vardhan Shringla, the former Foreign Secretary of India, former Ambassador of India to the USA, and Chief Coordinator for G20.
