Bylakuppe:  As per the directive issued by the Department of Home and in accordance with the “Gratitude Year” dedicated by Central Tibetan Administration to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the settlement committee of Dickey Larsoe in Bylakuppe paid visits to local dignitaries in Mysore and Hunsur on October 18 and 23.

The delegation presented the dignitaries with thangkas of His Holiness, briefing them about the ongoing “Gratitude Year” celebrations being observed by CTA and in particular, the contributions of His Holiness to the whole world and promoting awareness of his four principal commitments.
