Darjeeling: Continuing the Election Commission’s outreach for the 2025–26 Sikyong and 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile elections, Additional Election Commissioner Tsering Youdon conducted a public awareness programme on 24 October 2025 at the Tashiling Tibetan Settlement in Sonada. The session emphasised the importance of active voter participation and a clear understanding of electoral procedures.

On the following day, 25 October 2025, she successfully concluded her official programme at the Darjeeling Tibetan Settlement, where she engaged with both the public and members of the Regional Election Commission. During the visit, she provided guidance on election-related responsibilities and the coordination required for a smooth and transparent electoral process.
