Dharamshala: The deputy speaker of the Tibetan Parliament, Gyari Dolma, is being invited as a panel speaker at the 3rd All India Tibetan college student’s conference at the Central Tibetan University, Varanasi. The conference is scheduled from 12- 17 February.The deputy speaker will deliver keynote addresses on “Tibet and the world” and “role of Tibetan exile government”. The conference aims to motivate self-realization and inculcate the values of self-responsibility, and to construct a closer bond among the students. Other resource persons, including Gyalwa Karmapa and Jetsu Pema, will speak on Buddhism views of modern youth and the role of Tibetan youth in future society.All India Tibetan College Students’ conference is an interactive platform for exchange of views among Tibetan college students on current status and the bright future prospects of Tibet. AITCSC was incepted on 2nd September 2006 at Pitampura in New Delhi. Since then, it has organised two conferences in Manglore and Dharamshala.
