MUNDGOD: In continuation of Kalon Karma Gelek Yuthok’s official tour to greet the spiritual heads of Tibetan Buddhism and to visit the monastic institutions, he left for Solan after successfully completing his program in Dehradun.

On 6 September, as requested by Department of Religion & Culture earlier, Kalon offered a long life offering to His Eminence Kyabje Menri Trizen Rinpoche. He also visited the monastery and its library before leaving for Mundgod in Karnataka.

During his two-day program in Mundgod, Kalon paid respects and greetings to His Eminence Gaden Tri Rinpoche and His Eminence Sharpa Choeje Rinpoche in their respective residences and also visited the monastic institutions of Tibetan Buddhism located in the settlement.

He was officially received and the programs were arranged by Tibetan settlement officers of Dehradun, Solan and Mundgod respectively.
