
DHARAMSHALA: Shri Prem Kumar Dhumal, former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh visited the Tibetan parliament today to witness the ongoing proceedings of the budget session of the 15th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile.
The former chief minister was accompanied by a 6-member delegation which include Shri Pavan Rana, HP State Secretary; Shri Ajay Singh Mankotia, President of Indo-Tibet Friendship Association; Shri Kishan Kapoor, former HP minister; Shmt Sneha, MCD member, Shri Vipin Nehari and Shri Dinesh, member of Indo-Tibetan Friendship Association.
Speaker and deputy Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament Mr Penpa Tsering and Khenpo Sonam Tenphel with home Kalon Dolma Gyari and Parliamentarian Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok also met the delegation separately for a few minutes.
