DHARAMSHALA: Monks of Namgyal monastery and officials of the Central Tibetan Administration including the Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament, members of the Kashag and Tibetan Justice Commissioners gathered early in the morning at Tsuglakhang on the first day of the Tibetan lunar new year – Losar – 2143 for Tsetor ceremony. The gathering recited the invocation of Palden Lhamo, the official protector deity of Tibet.

Following the early morning prayer service, local Tibetans from around Dharamshala visited the Tsuglakhang to offer prayers and receive blessings.
