DHARAMSHALA: With regard to the circular issued by the Election Commission dated 6 November 2015 on extension of last date of voter registration for final election of Sikyong of the 15th Kashag and members of the 16th Tibetan Parliament in Exile, the Election Commission would like to make clarifications to address recurring doubts among the public.
1. The second round of voter registration begins from 6 November 2015 and closes on 20 February 2016 as the last date for registration.
2. The regional election commission must send a list of new voter registrations with clear specifications of their respective provinces, schools of Buddhism and other details via email to the Election Commission before 28 February 2016.
