
BYLAKUPPE: A two-day training for trainers workshop on the Middle Way Approach (UMAYLAM) was held from 9-10 August, 2015 at SOS TCV school, Bylakuppe. The Department of Information and International Relations, Central Tibetan Administration organised the workshop to boost awareness on the Middle Way Approach among students through interactive discussions.
Twenty students from class XI-XII of SOS TCV Bylakuppe took part in the workshop
School Principal Mr. Dhondup Tsering was invited at the opening session, to motivate and give the opening remarks to the participants. All the participants actively engaged in the activities and discussions of the workshop. The workshop was specifically designed to train bright students involved in day to day school activities and interaction with school mates.
Both Principal and Senior School Headmaster of the SOS TCV Bylakuppe have been invited at the closing session to give away the certificate and scarf to the students for their excellent participation, followed by closing remarks from Mr. Namgyal Tsering, Senior Section Headmaster. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Kalden Tsomo and Mr. Tenzin Jamchen.
The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks by the workshop coordinator from DIIR.
