DHARAMSHALA: Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay, the democratically elected political leader of the Tibetan people, left for New Delhi today on a three-day official visit.
Sikyong will meet a few important Indian dignitaries at New Delhi during his visit.
He will back in Dharamshala on 31 July.
