DHARAMSHALA: Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay left Dharamshala yesterday for a week-long visit to the United States and Germany.
In the US, Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay will participate in the Long Life Prayer Offering (TenShug) at New York City organised by the North American Tibetan Association in honour of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 80th birth anniversary.
Sikyong Dr. Sangay will also address the Tibetan public in New York.
On his return from the US, Sikyong will join His Holiness the Dalai Lama at Frankfurt in Germany on 13 July for a program titled ‘Thank You, Your Holiness’ organised by the Association of Tibetans in Germany.
Sikyong will be back in Dharamshala on 15 July.
