BYLAKUPPE: A workshop on teacher’s professional development (TPD) for primary teachers of Sambhota Tibetan School Society is underway at Bylakuppe from 20 to 26 June 2015. Mr. Tashi Dhondup, Director of Sambhota Educational Home, Dekyiling has been deputed by the Department of Education, CTA as the resource person of the program for primary teachers.
Under this TPD program, the Department of Education, CTA, has planned that all the primary teachers of the seven Sambota schools will be covered. The workshop is aimed to refresh the knowledge of our teachers about Teacher Professional Development Program (TPDP) or Teacher Professional Growth Program (TPGP) to sustain their interest of teaching and to make them professionally developed and pedagogically upgraded.
