Zurich: The 43rd Sakya Trizin Gyana Vajra Rinpoche presided over the Sixth European Sakya Monlam for Universal Peace and Happiness organised by the European Sakya Monlam Committee in the city of Turbenthal in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland. The three-day European Sakya Monlam held from 24 to 26 July brought together monks, nuns, and practitioners from various traditions.

On 24 July, during the inaugural ceremony of the sixth European Sakya Monlam for Universal Peace and Happiness, Representative Thinlay Chukki from Tibet Bureau in Geneva, along with the Abbot of Rikon Choekhorling and other monks, former Tibetan parliamentarians, and local residents participated in the event.

On the final day, the 43rd Sakya Trizin, Kyabgon Gyana Vajra Rinpoche bestowed Long Life initiation and teachings to the general public.
