Bir: Chief Election Commissioner Lobsang Yeshi, along with Additional Secretary Tenzin Norbu, spoke to the public at Bir Boetsog Tibetan Settlement on 12 November 2025. The visit was part of the Central Election Commission’s outreach program to raise awareness about the upcoming Tibetan general election.

During his speech, Chief Election Commissioner Lobsang Yeshi highlighted the importance of respecting and accepting those differences instead of letting them divide us, “Unity despite differences”. He also underlined the importance of maintaining free, fair, and transparent elections and urged everyone to take part actively and responsibly in the upcoming election.
