Kollegal: On 18 October 2025, the Chief Election Commissioner, Lobsang Yeshi, was officially received by the Kollegal Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement Officer upon his arrival in Kollegal on the same day.

On 19 October, the Chief Election Commissioner Lobsang Yeshi held a public awareness talk at the settlement’s community hall, where he discussed about the forthcoming 2026 Sikyong and Tibetan Parliamentarian elections. He provided clarity on the election rules and regulations, emphasising the importance of active and informed participation in the democratic process.

The Chief Election Commissioner also held a detailed discussion with members of the Regional Election Commission on the election procedures. In the evening, the Chief Election Commissioner departed for Hunsur Rabgyaling Tibetan Settlement, concluding his official visit to Kollegal Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement.
