Dharamshala: On 17 June 2025, Secretary Jampa Phuntsok and Joint Secretary Tsering Dolma from the Department of Health, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), paid a courtesy visit to Dr Rajendra Kumar Sood, Medical Officer Health (MOH) at Zonal Hospital, Kangra District, Dharamshala. The visit was to extend appreciation for his support in facilitating resource persons for the department’s HIV workshop, successfully held from 29 to 31 May 2025 at the Administrative Training and Welfare Society (ATWS), Dharamshala.

Given that stigma surrounding HIV continues to hinder early diagnosis, timely care, and effective treatment, such workshops and collaborative engagements are crucial in advancing prevention efforts and ultimately ending the epidemic.
