DHARAMSHALA: Tibetan political leader (Sikyong) Dr. Lobsang Sangay will leave Delhi today for a visit to the United States.

Engagements of Dr. Sangay during his tour of Washington, DC and Boston include meeting with dignitaries and officials. He will return to Dharamsala on 13 February.

Earlier on 31 January, Sikyong Dr. Sangay addressed a conference organised by Kirori Mal College Tibetans Forum in New Delhi to give tribute to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The Sikyong was the chief guest and other speakers include JNU Professor Dr. Yeshi Choedon, Principal of Kirori Mal College, and the Foreign Dean of the College.
