His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Lead a Special Prayer Service for Flood Victims in Tibet[Friday, 13 August, 1:31 p.m.]
Dharamshala: His Holiness Dalai Lama will lead a special prayer service for the recent flood casualties in Drugchu region of Tibet’s northeastern Amdo Province on Saturday morning, 14 August at Tsuglagkhang in Dharamsala. The prayer service is to express Tibetan sorrow for the victims of the natural disaster and quick recovery of the survivors.It will be organized jointly by the Department of Religion and Culture, Central Tibetan Administration and Dhomey Cholkha (Amdo community organization) in Dharamsala. All the civil servants of the administration will be attending the prayer service.
