DEHRADUN: From July 18-20, 2014, DIIR Kalon gave talks about the Middle Way Approach to the Tibetan communities in under the jurisdiction of Tibetan Settlement Office in Dehradun in northern India. She also visited local monasteries, school, SOS Children’s Village, Songtsen Library and Ngoenga School for Tibetans with Special Needs. The school was established in 1997 and is run by the CTA Health Department and home to several students with physical and/or mental disability (www.ngoengaschool.org)
