Washington DC: At a virtual address to the graduate students of University of Rhodes Island, Representative Ngodup Tsering spoke in length about the Four Principal commitments of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on Tuesday, 12th October 2021.
Professor Kristin Johnson of Political Science and Co-director of the Center introduced Representative Tsering and welcomed the students and faculty to the talk.
The Four-lifetime commitments of His Holiness are promoting human values, promoting religious harmony, preserving Tibetan identity, culture and environment, and creating awareness about the revival of ancient Indian wisdom/ knowledge. Professor Thupten Tendhar la, Specialist at the Center, moderated the Q&A session at the end of the talk.
The Center presented an appreciation certificate to the Speaker as well.
