Dharamshala: Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay on Wedneesday left for an official tour to Delhi and South India.
In Delhi, Sikyong will speak at the Centre for Democracy, Pluralism and Human Rights’ event, ‘Human Rights Reports Release’ as the chief guest alongside guest of honours including Justice KG Balakrishnan and Prof. Paramjit S Jaswal. He will also hold meetings with various Indian dignitaries.
On 2 April, Sikyong will leave for South India and return on 9 April.
