The four staff were Mr. Tashi, former representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Moscow and Secretary for Information, DIIR, who served CTA from 15/1/1977-31/1/2013; Mrs. Tsesum Lhamo, former Joint Secretary at the Office of Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission, who served CTA from 1/12/1987-1/12/2013; Mr. Jampa Gyaltsen, former Joint Secretary at the Office of Tibet, London, who served CTA from 25/2/1989-1/5/2013 and Ms Yeshi Choedon, former under secretary at the office of Audit General, who served from 1/10/1993-28/10/2013.The Chief Justice Commissioner honour Dr Dawa Choedon, a doctor at Men-Tsee Khang, for her 25 year service in the Department of Health, on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of His Holiness the Dalai Lama being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in Dharamsala, India, on 10 December 2013/DIIR Photo.
