“The two additional election commissioners have been appointed in view of the upcoming by-election necessitated by the recent resignation of Kirti Dolkar Lhamo, a member of Tibetan Parliament from Domey constituency,” Chief Election Commissioner Jamphel Choesang told TibetNet.
