Dharamshala: Health Kalon Choekyong Wangchuk of the Central Tibetan Administration inaugurated the new basketball court at Administrative Training and Welfare Society (ATWS) today. The aim of creating this avenue for exercise is to serve as a recreational space for the ATWS staff and training attendants who come from CTA functionaries all across India, Nepal and Bhutan throughout the year.

The inauguration was attended by Health Kalon Choekyong Wangchuk, Secretary Karma Rinchen of the Department of Security, and Secretary Tsering Dhondup of ATWS.

The project was funded by the Tibetan Administrative Welfare Society. The inauguration was celebrated with a simple gathering of ATWS staff.
