Dharamshala: Kalon Sonam Topgyal Khorlatsang of the Department of Home, Central Tibetan Administration will leave for a 15-day official tour to the Southern Tibetan settlements from 26 November to 11 December 2019.

The purpose of this visit is to inspect the ongoing projects in the settlements and to hold internal meetings with the concerned heads of the community. Also, a meeting with the contractor for the retired staff quarters construction is in the scheduled plan.

At Kollegal Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement, Kalon will attend the signing of the land lease agreement (RTC). Finally, at Bengaluru Kalon will hold a meeting with the five southern TSOs to discuss and approve the allotment of Grant in Aid from the State Government to the CRO and respective Tibetan Settlements.

Kalon will return to Dharamsala on 11 December 2019.
