Dharamsala: Chaired by Speaker Pema Jungney, session commenced with continuation of debate and approval on 2019-2020 proposed budget of Gang-Jong Development Finance Pvt. Ltd (GDF) under Department of Finance.

Proceeding with the list of business, the session continued with debate and sanction of the 2019-2020 proposed budgets of Staff Mess and Tibetan Reception Center.

The afternoon session continued with debate and approval of 2019-2020 proposed Special Recurring budget of Department of Religion and Culture. Debate on the proposed Surkyol budget of the Department of Religion and Culture is open for the next day, as no decision has been made.

Similarly, debate on the 2019-2020 proposed budget of Department of Health is undecided.
