Dharamshala: Chaired by Speaker Mr. Pema Jungney, the session commenced with debate on the 2019-2020 Recurring Budget and Special Recurring Budget of Audit General and its branch at southern India which was later approved.

Subsequently 2019-2020 Recurring Budgets of Audit General’s other branches in Nepal and Dekyiling was also sanctioned.

The Recurring budget and Special Recurring budget of the Department of Finance for the fiscal year 2019-2020 was also approved unanimously.

The session proceeded with debate and discussions on 2019-2020 proposed budgets of department of Finance’s Tibetan Administration’s Welfare Society (TAWS), His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Charitable trust and Social and Resource Development Fund (SARD).

Approval on the proposed budget of Gang-Jong Development Finance Pvt. Ltd (GDP) is pending for the next session as no decision has been made.
