Dharamshala: The eighth session of the Tibetan Parliament-in-exile will be convened from 7 to 19 September 2009, the Tibetan Parliamentary Secretariat announced today.The members of the Parliament have to report at the Secretariat on 5 September 2009, the announcement said.The Parliament will discuss and pass review budget of the Central Tibetan Administration for the year 2009 to 2010.
