Pokhara: The 12th Local Tibetan Assembly of Pokhara Tashiling was sworn in on 17 June 2025, in accordance with the instructions of the Election Commission of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA). Chief Justice Commissioner Yeshi Wangmo appointed Tashi Tsetan, the Tibetan Settlement Officer of Tashi Palkhyil in Pokhara, Nepal, as the temporary Local Justice Commissioner under the provisions of Article 69 of the Tibetan Charter.
Thirteen out of the fifteen newly elected members of the Pokhara Tashiling Local Tibetan Assembly (LTA) were sworn in during the ceremony, including Dorje Dadul and Pema Tenzin, who were elected as President and Vice President, respectively.
