12th Local Tibetan Assembly of Kollegal Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement Sworn in

Dharamshala: The 12th Local Tibetan Assembly of Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement in Kollegal was sworn in on 24 May 2025. The oath-taking ceremony was administered by Phuntsok Palden, the Local Tibetan Justice Commissioner of Southern Region.

Among the 21 newly elected members, 14 members were sworn in and Tsering Dorjee and Passang Dorjee were appointed as President and Vice President of the 12th Local Tibetan Assembly, respectively.

On the subsequent day, Local Tibetan Justice Commissioner Phuntsok Palden convened Tibetan residents at the Sambhota Tibetan School, Kollegal, and conducted a legal awareness session.
