Military withdraws from Lhasa; PSB and law enforcement agencies remain

Military units that were brought in specifically to suppress the
demonstrations in Lhasa were withdrawn on 3 PM, 26 March. However, the
Public Security Bureau (PSB) and other law enforcement agencies (that
are permanently stationed in Lhasa) continue to remain.
