(L) A representative from each of the self-administered Association [See Appendix 2] (M) 35 reserve seats for voluntary participants from India, Nepal and Bhutan who consistently take interest in and organise campaigns for the Tibetan cause. Not more than 50 seats are reserved for participants from other countries, out of which, 25 are reserved for youths below the age of 30. The last date for submission of application is 15 August 2012

Afternoon session
Thorough discussion within committees for new campaigns to be carried out in the Tibetan community, which must be peaceful, legal and dignified in line with the guiding principles of the the Kashag and the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile.
