DHARAMSHALA: The Department of Education of the Central Tibetan Administration has announced that two leading Indian Universities, A P Goyal University based in Shimla and Lovely Professional University, based in Jalandhar, Punjab, has offered scholarship opportunities for Tibetan students for the year 2015.
