The official handover and take over ceremony between the outgoing officer Karma Gelek and the new settlement officer Tenzin Choeying of Kalimpong TSO.

Kalimpong: Kalimpong settlement held the official handing-over ceremony between outgoing Settlement Officer Karma Gelek and acting settlement officer Tenzin Choeying  on 3 May 2024.

Dhondup Sangpo, representative of the Home Department, was the official witness overseeing the exchange of official documents between the outgoing and new Settlement Officers.

The President of the Local Tibetan Assembly, Representatives of government and non-government organisations, and the Settlement Office staff took part in the ceremony.
