Dharamshala: Artists from the Tibetan Institute of Preforming Arts (TIPA) presented Tibetan cultural performances during the closing ceremony of Mahotsav Festival on 2 November 2023.
The audience of the show comprises local dignitaries and officials, including Hon. Shri Jagat Singh Negi, the Revenue, Tribal, and Horticultural Minister for the Government of Himachal Pradesh. The event was enthusiastically attended by almost three thousand people.

According to the report sent from TIPA, “(We) had a wonderful opportunity to re-establish contact with the Kinnauri people, who have close cultural ties to the Tibetan people.”
