Tenzingang 12 February 2026: Tenzingang Tibetan Settlement Officer Rapten Tsering paid a courtesy call on newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh Shri Dilip Kumar on 11 February 2026. Settlement Officer offered Tibetan Scarf to Deputy Commissioner and introduced about Tibetan community residing under his jurisdiction and expressed sincere gratitude to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh for its unwavering and continued support toward the sustainability of Tibetan refugees’ livelihoods.

On the auspicious occasion of upcoming Losar Fire-Horse year 2153, Settlement Officer had met Kalaktang MLA Shri Tseten Chombay, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Rupa Shri Lobsang Tsetan, Outgoing Additional Deputy Commissioner of Kalaktang Shri Mindo Loyi, former speaker of Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly and member of North Eastern Council Shri Tenzing Norbu Thongdok, National Convener, Core Group for Tibetan Cause and former Arunachal Pradesh Member of Parliament Shri R.K Khrimey, Assistance Commissioner of DC Office Bomdila Tsering Droka, Assistance Commissioner of Bomdila of Rupa ADC Office Tsering Palzom and other dignitaries. Settlement Officer extended Losar greetings to all the dignitaries on behalf of Central Tibetan Administration and the people of Tenzingang Settlement.
