
PATNA, Bihar: The north-zone Tibetan Parliamentary delegation met Mr. R S Jeet who is the Senior Vice President of Tikhat Shri Hari mandir on 15 January. The MPs also met the former Union Railway Minister and the former Chief minister of the state Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav. In the afternoon at 2pm, the Tibetan MPs met Mr. Lal Babu Prasad who is the MLA and also the Vice President of state BJP.
Next day that is January 16, at 11am the Tibetan MPs met Honorable Mr. Nanth Kishore Yadav Minister for Road and Construction at his residence and the minister assured the visiting delegation that he would raise the current Tibet’s deteriorating issues with the Center.
At 12.30 the MPs met Honorable Madam Sukda Panday who is the Minister for Youth and Culture. After updating her current horrible situation of Tibetans inside Tibet, the honorable minister expressed her shock and sadness about the current situation of Tibet that things are still happening even in today’s time. She also assured the MPs that she would definitely put up the matter wherever possible and whenever it is appropriate.
Afternoon at 1pm, the MPs were personally invited for lunch by Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav and his wife Shri Rabri Devi who is also an MP at their residence. During the lunch the MPs get to meet with many leaders from different political parties who has also joined the lunch to meet the delegation. Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav strongly suggested to the MPs that the campaign for Tibet should never stop until Tibetan gets their homeland back as wished. He also said that he has always supported the Tibetans issue and will always continue to do the same.
At 3pm, the MPs met Mr. Hfiz Imudin who is the President of All India Immrat Muslim. The delegation updated him the current deteriorating situation inside Tibet.
At 4pm, the MPs met Mr. Arun Kumar Sinha who is a MLA and also the Chief Whip of the Bihar Assembly. The MPs met Mr. Sinha with Mr. Baidyanath Raman who is the General Secretary of BJP Patna.
