“Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile is deeply saddened by the demise of Baroness Margaret Thatcher, Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. She, as you mentioned was not only a great Briton but also one of the most towering leaders of the last century in the world” the Tibetan parliament stated in a letter addressed to Mr David Cameron, the incumbent prime minister of the United Kingdom.
