DHARAMSHALA: The Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile yesterday unanimously passed a resolution of solidarity with the sufferings and the indomitable spirits of Tibetan people inside Tibet on the third day of the ninth session of the 15th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile.

The motion was moved by Tibetan Parliamentarian Ven. Geshe Monlam Tharchin and seconded by Tibetan Parliamentarian Mr. Gyarik Thar.

Discussion on Budget Begins

The proceedings of approving the proposed budget of the Central Tibetan Administration for the financial year 2015-2016 has begun this morning. The parliament will deliberate on the proposed budget tabled by the Department of Finance, and will duly approve it following a thorough review.
